James Conley

Growing up as the son of home builders, James was immersed in real estate from a young age but took a different path before entering the profession. After earning two degrees at the University of Manitoba, he got his license in 1999.

James is passionate about real estate, driven by guidance from peers and mentors to develop a unique working approach that aligns with his values. With a background in construction and business, he focuses on client needs with a long-term view, assisting with real estate challenges whenever they arise. More than just a REALTOR®, James sees himself as an adviser, helping clients strategize for long-term wealth through real estate.

Outside of work, James enjoys time at home with his wife Maria and their dog Whisky. He’s always up for a round of golf.
