Josh Fouquette

Hi, I’m Josh, a Real Estate Agent with the Kirady Group at RE/MAX One Group. I was born and raised in Winnipeg and currently live in the wonderful community of St. Vital.  I have always had a passion for real estate, from walking through open houses on weekends with my family to learning all about homes from the ground up and my passion continues to grow.

I was born with a heart condition called a Complete Congenital Heart Block and received my first pacemaker at 10 years old.  I have been able to live an amazing life with seemingly zero complications. In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching hockey.  Go Jets Go!  I love playing golf at various courses throughout our province. I have also been very fortunate to travel to many destinations around the world.

Through all my years of working, I have developed strong communication skills and consider myself a true people person. I am looking forward to assisting my clients through every step of their amazing real estate journey.
