On January 2nd 2017, RE/MAX One Group officially opened its doors for the first time.  As the newest RE/MAX office to open in Western Canada since 1987, there was great anticipated potential.  The office opened with a full time staff member and six REALTORS® and today is growing faster by the day.  The ownership group had a vision: create a modern and professional real estate office space that was different.  Having started their carreers at large brokerages, as well as a smaller independant, there was a sense of what was ideal, and what could be vastly improved while operating a real estate brokerage.  There were services that were essential, and there were others that although present in other parts of Canada, had simply never made their way to Winnipeg.  Working towards a common goal of creating a fresh and new brokerage is the constant motivator.
