Kyle Marriott

I grew up in beautiful Comox BC on Vancouver Island. I lived there for roughly half of my life before moving to Winnipeg as I come from a military family. Graduated from Glenlawn Collegiate and RRC Culinary Program before starting with the military in 2008. I started my Real Estate career in 2018, previously serving 10 years with the Canadian Armed Forces as a cook. Experienced with military relocations & BGRS processes, I enjoy being able to assist military members find their home as I have gone through the house hunting experience and understand the difficulties that arise with the short timeframe. I have experience with new builds. I spent a couple years working in Taylor Farm in the ARLT show homes. I continually look to build relationships with my clients present, past & future. I have recently gained experience working with investors and their expectations when looking for income properties.

In my spare time, I enjoy trying new restaurants in the city as I am a huge foodie. I like attending sporting events in the city and going out to the beach for some R&R. I also love to cook in my spare time.

I take every opportunity to learn when it is presented to me. I work well in a team setting and I am excited to be a part of the 204homes team. I think a well diverse team provides functionality and motivates success.
